What are the sliding window locks?

Now the decoration styles are various and various trend elements converge. Even the small sliding window locks of door and window hardware fittings have many different matching schemes, which can be divided into three types:

1. Sash lock (sliding door and window hook lock)

This is the most common type of window lock at present, which can also be divided into real lock and false lock (decoration). The real lock can not only be pushed and pulled, but also can control the switch of the lock, while the false lock cannot. Generally speaking, the bar lock is pressed or toggled by fingers.

2. Crescent lock

Although the crescent lock has been gradually replaced, it is still a common sliding window lock, which is generally installed in the middle of two sliding windows, and the hook is fastened to close and lock the window, otherwise it is open. When the crescent lock is locked, the hooks installed on the corresponding lock position will be hooked.

3. Handle lock

The handle lock is generally installed on both sides of the window sash, but it is rarely installed on the sliding window handle lock.
